The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and very delicious. The lady who handles the breakfast service is very kind. At the entrance, there is a coffee machine and a water dispenser. You can make yourself coffee or tea and take a bottle of mineral water to your room. The reception staff were also very helpful whenever we had any questions. The room and the bathroom were of a comfortable size. Every day, they came to tidy up the room and change the towels. The bed was very comfortable.

One of the best three star hotels I’ve stayed at - think it deserves four! Rooms were so clean and nice, the breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful! Cannot find anything bad to say. We were celebrating a special occasion and they even decorated the room which we thought was super cute. Would definitely return! PS I left something behind and the staff is very helpful and accommodating in helping me retrieve it. Super professional staff!

We booked two rooms with balconies for a great 5 night stay. The hotel is perfectly situated on Avenue Jean Medecin with access to stores and restaurants and a short walk from Place Massena. One of our rooms did have a clogged shower drain that was fixed next day. Staff were not the friendliest, but were helpful in booking taxis to the airport. Rooms were serviced every day and were comfortably spacious.

First things first, staff was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast at the hotel was also nice with variety and fresh made dishes. The room (for 4) was clean and the bedroom was spacious. Great location within walking distance from both the main train station and the beach front. Next to the main street that also provides with access to lots of options for shopping and food.
